Methodology used in this course

The use of Ethazi methodology on the course is quite tricky, first, because up to know we've received a quite different education method, so we had to re-invent ourselves, especially the older-ones… As weeks go by, many times the feeling of loneliness is big, multiply by four when you're at home, so on the classroom every single opportunity for asking to solve a doubt is quite important.

From our point of view working as a team has more advantages than disadvantages, because if we are not able to make it work in the school as a team, in the real world can be worse. Actually, companies put more effort in team building & motivating instead having individual great workers (that doesn't work). So, carrying with methodology, we can swear that being a team really helps with this issue, there's always someone to ask to...

As we mentioned before, working as a team has more to give rather than remove…, as an example; the skill’s complementation of and sharing knowledge/experience between working mates, build up the pillars of any competitive and profitable company (laziness is a word that doesn't fit in our mentality).
Admitting that we also find moments where ideas collide and each member pushes for his to used, coherence pops up and we end up agreeing a solution for that.

Taking in account what above is been mentioned, Robotoker is the best example in this case. We organize brain storms weekly, plan the schedules in advance (no matter the individual jobs), but our goal is based in working hard and being trustable people. For sure, It could have been in the other way round but luckily our team is composed by four guys who do say whatever the feel, respect each other as human beings and help each other whatsoever...

Right after the team was created, the four of us agreed that what could describe us would be the COMMUNICATION and good atmosphere, all that grew up naturally without forcing it (so still makes it better…).
