OMRON... MAY DAY...!!!, MAY DAY...!!!

As mentioned before by my collegues, this last month has been quite bit busy as we´ve been involved on our third challenge, "OMRON", wich will end up next week (due to a "democratic agreement"), wich personally makes me feel angry....!!!

I explain what I mean with "democratic agreement"... Last week there was an strike from lecturers side, due to economic & labour rigths. No doubt, we support lectures in such issues, but in the other hand, for us (students), it was a pain in the ass, bacause we´ve been in our own for four days..., with no help at all in order to carry on with the challenges.

This week we should have had our challange examn, but propossed by Aitor on monday, we did a vote in the classroom regarding to go ahead with the original dates for the examn or whether to postpond to next week, as the groups are delayed on their challenges. Obviously by majority vote, it was decided to be postponed..., but my feeling and how I have lived this last month, is like the rest of the groups didn´t do much during the productive time 😣, so regarding to the examn it means,  a bank holiday in between and two days less for further challenges.

Well, after the bouring bit, I attached some snapsots of both works made during the las three weeks...
Omron uses Sysmac as a programming language. the good thing of this software, has to do with the options it gives you at the time to program; structural language or what we call "Rele" language.

Attached some snapshots, regarding to the challenge and what we did on it;

1. Logo of the used software to do/achive our goals.

2. Wellcome screen: we created a design with several sreen to dive through.

3. Structural language. Used for the project, it gives as many tools to go through, but also many headaces... :-)

 2. Rele language. More used industrily speaking, as it´s much more visual to understand/work with...
3. Overview of the touch screen. Further down, some of the screens we created, wich simulates exactly an industrial platform.

4. In this case, we took a photo of the original project platform where we did all the wiring, plus configuration. All together made of our work, a pleasent achivement!

Till next time, See you folks...!!!!
